Security & privacy
Where does our data go?
Through our router to the model provider you're using for that task. No training on your data — contractually with every provider. DPAs available.
Are you SOC 2 compliant?
SOC 2 Type I complete. Type II in audit as of 2026. Happy to share the report under NDA.
What about IRS Pub 4557, FINRA, state insurance compliance?
We know these and design around them. Audit trails, access controls, data retention — all covered.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
We export everything in JSON/CSV/PDF and delete our copies within 30 days. You sign off the export is clean.
